Unable to Teleport (Reset) after performing a level restart
This one is fairly simple and should be easily fixable. For the sake of clarity, I'm going to describe Reset by pressing a key (where you get teleported to a checkpoint) as "teleport" and restart of a level by a word "restart".

This bug is not likely to occur when playing adventure mode, unless going for something like - no mistakes (falling). When grinding for time - that's another thing, as the number of map restarts is much higher and they often happen when player fails, which is exactly the situation, where it's likely to happen.

So here's an explanation of it. If you fall and hit the bottom trigger, you get teleported to a last checkpoint. I assume the function used is the same as with pressing teleport key.
However, if you do a level restart, when the fade to white starts (either on teleport caused by falling or by pressing a key) the teleport gets broken and you no longer can get teleported. Restarting a level or starting a new level doesn't fix the issue and a full game restart is required.

This seems to be related only to a moment where the game fades to white, as when restarting on fade from white doesn't seem to trigger a bug.

So yeah, I'd consider it a serious issue, but it should not be hard to fix. Hope I made it clear enough to understand ;)
