if i have wallpaper engine running in the background my whole pc stutters the second i launch task manager... the mouse is about 3 seconds delayed and the animations are at like 3 fps... and this
lasts for about a minute until the system catches up... but the wierd part is if i right click on wallpaper engine in the taskbar and select quit then launch task manager it is completely fine...
