Wallpapers that display PC performance?

I can't seem to find any that show current RAM/CPU usage etc. Are there any out there?

Personally I use Rainmeter ( https://www.rainmeter.net/ ) for that, but it can be a lot of configuring ( I spent hours on my personalized layout ) if an existing theme does not suit your requirements. But a really nice app, and can tie into speedfan for example to display temperatures too.

It would either take the form of a Unity app (assuming Unity can observe such performance info - i don't actually know if it can) or a webpage.

How a webpage? Run a localhost server that pulls performance information and then displays it. Then in W.E. simply load up the localhost webpage as a wallpaper.

I think that would be up to the community. He's pretty busy with university right now and I believe he will be glad having this out of EA somewhen. I guess we have to wait either way.
