I kinda like the idea ( i always like a nice lightshow ), but not sure I have time. But I could at some point try to reposition/rescale the lighting and add the option for an animated figure. I just have no clue where to get content from that I can use and as you can see my drawing skills are not top notch, so I would need help on that side.
Ahh I love what you have done! It is awesome looking :)
I am just a consumer and not a creator at all - that said I was thinking pure flat, with the lights being audio responsive. Let's say we want to tackle 3D (like yours) - Hmm.
Quickly thinking here: On WoWhead. There is a "model viewer". You can choose race and gender to view, including gear. Let's say we record the dance loop at every angle (or most angles, or several angles) and plop in it in the center of the crowd? It would require keyframing I would imagine to keep it where she needs to be. It would give the illusion that she is there and 3D when in reality we have just capture the dance animation at different angles and placed her in the center? Again, I don't create content. I could sound insane. Just quickly thinking of 1 idea. I mean it doesn't exlcusively have to be a night elf female that I keep mentioning. But although a sexy dancer does pretty great coming from the current iteration ;p I know of "nixxiom" on YouTube that does a great job of creating the illusion of 3D scenes in his videos. (he does WoW videos) -- I keep referencing WoW just because of my knowledge of it. It could be anything.
not expecting anything - Just talking out of pure fun / love for the amazing wallpapers on here.
But I think it would be more interesting to have the models the viewer uses. Just 3d models with keyframes ( or whatever threejs support for 3d models ) I'll see whatever I get round to it, still got my hands full for now ..
And there must be someone else that is better with the 3d stuff than me that might able to do it .. Maybe it could be done in the scene editor in combination with a shader..
