Crashing/Freezing on Windows 11

Hello everyone,

I've been using Wallpaper Engine for a few years now and never had any issues.
About 30 days ago, I built an entirely new setup and decided to switch to Windows 11, since Windows 10's support is ending soon.

However, I've been experiencing some crashes — or rather, freezes.
I turn on my PC, Wallpaper Engine starts as usual, and I go on to play games, watch anime, work, or whatever. But sometimes, when I return to the desktop, I find that Wallpaper Engine is frozen.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, but nothing has changed.

same here, everytime i turn on my pc, it was show that it never closed properly. The minimized icon at right bottom also no respond when right-clicked, so i have to go steam and launch from there, a notification popped out and said it already open but has no respond, asked me whether want to restart forcefully and i have no choice but do so

bolabuga: Is the app frozen or is the wallpaper paused? Does it react when opening the user interface?

I considered that the wallpaper could be paused, but the engine icon was not responsive. Like the user 'customized cancer,' I had to restart the app from Steam itself.

About the log, i will get one next time i have a freezing.

Just reporting that I haven’t had any more freezing issues, so I couldn’t create a log @_@.
Did I accidentally fix it somehow??

I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest NVIDIA drivers, this time choosing the version for my country’s language (previously I was using the en-US version).
I also uninstalled 3 or 4 programs that I wasn’t really using — one of them was Vortex (for mods), another one was some tool that was supposed to prevent memory leaks (can’t recall the name), and the others I don’t remember.
