Can you try to fully uninstall all Corsair software again? It's important that you do this while Wallpaper Engine is fully turned off. It could be that you uninstalled / updated iCUE while Wallpaper Engine was connected in a locked-up state which can cause some weird behavior and broken updates.
Follow these steps:
1. Turn off Wallpaper Engine entirely (right-click on the icon -> quit)
2. Uninstall iCUE.
3. Restart your computer
4. Turn off Wallpaper Engine again (if it's configured to start automatically).
5. Reinstall iCUE and check if it works now.
Make sure that the software integrations options are enabled in the iCUE settings.
If you have followed all these steps and it still does not work, we might need to share some log files with Corsair, in the past these clean reinstallations have usually fixed severe issues like that, however.
Generally, iCUE seems to still work for most people, so if there is an issue, it might be very hardware specific, so it would be good to know what iCUE hardware you are using (Yama already shared this, thanks!).
I'm following up on the email I just sent you in the past few hours regarding the above issue. I proceeded with the steps you mentioned in your previous post (clean uninstall and reinstall of iCUE and complete reinstall of Wallpaper Engine) and the issue still persists since yesterday for me.
Here's attached a complete list of my iCUE hardware if it's of any help.

Normally when I select a wallpaper, there is a checkbox that says "Use LEDs" or something to that effect, I don't remember exactly. That option is now missing.
I did step by step what you asked me to do, it still don't work like AutoGol.
I added to see the "icue.exe" and "wallpaper64" to the firewall, nothing too.
After reinstalling iCUE, the problem is still there.
I no longer have the LED button in Wallpaper Engine either.
I had the same issue some time ago and iirc I solved following Tim's procedure plus deleting all leftover files after uninstalling Icue (from "Program Files", "AppData/local" and "AppData/roaming")
It still don't work.
It still strange, it worked in ICUE-4 and I upgraded to ICUE-5 3 weeks ago (so since April I haven't launched ICUE).
It still tells me "not supported" as well for wallpaper64.exe but the RGB work fine.
so i'm guessing that the problem comes from corsair lattest update of ICUE 5.
Or maybe it's Wallpaper who uses a code system that works for ICUE 4 but not 5, i guess ?
EDIT : I updated ICUE 4 to 5 and RGB stopped working.
