Wallpaper engine videos not playing

Whenever I try and use a wallpaper video it will play like the first second of it then stop and keep buffering. I assume this a gpu problem however i have followed the faq and done all the things it has recommended yet i still have this problem. Any advice? Thanks

Not sure gonna solve your issue or not, mine solved by following steps

1. Close Wallpaper Engine ENTIRELY
2. Right click and enter personification
3. Change the theme into random theme that provided by Microsoft
4. Restart Wallpaper Engine and it should be fine now
