Wallpaper freezes
Basically wallpapers would just freeze after being loaded on screen.
Every feature just stops working: 3D parallax, audio visualisation, videos, animations, built in clock

Pretty sure nothing to do with specs since I am on a 5080 and 9800x3d and I tried to ran the test for system conflict and it shows that there is nothing wrong.
Any idea what could cause this?
