4K Live webcam feeds from Youtube displaying at 144p

I've been using Wallpaper Engine for a few years to set live webcam feeds from various Youtube sources as my wallpaper with no issues getting at least 1440p if not higher. Over the last two weeks, all live and new webcam feeds I've created and run in Live Stream Mode have been throttled down to Youtube's lowest resolution of 144p. Pre-recorded "Live" streams (live chat only) do not have this problem, nor do any other types of videos - they all display normally. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this Google throttling live webcam streams through 3rd party software now? It's always got to be the *one feature that I use the software for that fails for me, I don't care about or use anything else that this software can do. That'd be just my luck.

Huh. Ever since I said something, all live webcam feeds have been coming through in full 4k. Nevermind I guess *shrug*
