failed to install screensaver says an antivirus software blocking

i only have the windows defender and riot vanguard for antivirius how do i allow it to bypass as i am unable to find the screensaver file on my windows defender as it not under system32 what do i do?

Wallpaper engine is under your Steam folder. DriveLetter:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine
