If your entire screen turns black then a fundamental issue is occurring, most likely your graphics driver is crashing and restarting. Or you are using a refresh rate that is too high for the current cable that you are using for the monitor.

Thanks for sending the log. Did the issue occur recently as well? The log does unfortunately not include any errors, it might help to create the log shortly after the problem occurred.
It looks like you have the screensaver option enabled, is this perhaps what you mean? Try turning the screensaver off again in Windows and see if the issue stops now.
