If either of those are able to control your LEDs, WPE might work with it. Sometimes they have plugins to make it work with such devices. However Asus Aura is not officially supported.
apparently you can now use Corsair iCue to control your Asus Motherboard LEDs (found here[help.corsair.com]
which means that if you enable the iCue plugin in Wallpaper Engine, you may be able to control some leds. Haven´t tested it tho so it might not work that well after all.
I know. I have lot of Corsair stuff. But - iCue control only mother board and GPU. Nothing connected to ARGB ports. So its not a solution.
you might want to have a look at this thread[www.leipold.zone] (it´s in german). Here a guy describes how he uses Chroma Control[chromacontrol.github.io] as an interface between Razor Synapse, Asus Armoury Crate and Corsair iCue.
