Download starts out fine but around 80-90% done just stalls out at the slow speed or stops all together for around a minute or more before starting back up or finishing like you said "Oh yeah I am supposed to be doing this thing aren't I" .
Well, at least it's not just me.
Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type in the following 3 lines one by one:
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ip reset
- ipconfig /flushdns
After that restart ur pc and see if it's fixed. Now of course before doing this make sure ur download settings are properly done. Meaning disable download speed "blocker" and clear ur cache. Also make sure ur in the right download region.
