Why, after all this time, is WALLPAPER ENGINE still such a pain in the ass to use for creating a wallpaper?

It's 2024, and cars will be flying in a few years. But on Wallpaper Engine, I seriously feel like I'm on DOS. It's horrible, just trying to code a wallpaper with a random music effect is an absolute nightmare (first, we have to import the music one by one... Then we have to link them to the code, when it could’ve been made way easier with simple buttons for a lot of people).
