Is this considered a scam attempt?

Someone asks me to provide a good review on their artwork and sent me the link below format:

steamcommunity.appXXXXXX.com/wallpaperengine

It says content is inappropriate so it asks me to log in. I noticed my steam account wasn't log in despite I'm already logged in on the browser.

What are your thoughts?

Someone has confirmed it's scam attempt. Hopefully those who sees this type of attempt can be mindful and avoid it.

and it should never ask you for you log-in info

Thanks, I've reported the account and provided the proofs.

At first I thought it was normal because the link itself was genuine from steamcommunity. But I noticed that I didn't log in on Steam despite I already logged in on the browser. It raises a red flag and asks a few members about this.

Indeed, the correct URL should've look like how Capt.Luke shared. Not the format I gave earlier in this post. Thankfully, my account is safe and yes, I do clicked on the phishing link. However, I didn't log in on that phishing link.

Just to be on the safe side, I revoked all credentials and re-login my steam account again.
