Animated Wallpaper stops moving after a while

I ordered a custom made background animation and i set it up in wallpaper engine, tho after some time it stops and i need to re-select it to start moving again, its the only wallpaper that happens to, all the others keep moving and never stop.

How do i fix this on my Wallpaper?

what kind of wallpaper it is ? video , scene ? web ?
if you paid for it why dont you ask the person that did it to refund it becasue it does not work properly or at least fix it.

my guess is he did a video wallpaper and it was poorly encoded, or it is so heavy on your system that it crash

or maybe you have drivers problems

its 12sec but it works for over an hour just after a while it stops moving and have to restart it

run this as see if it freeze too, if it does , it is a problem with your system eithere your drivers, your video codec, the card itself , or just your system that goes into sleep

yes other wallpapers work as i always had an animated one ^^
its just the one i got made for myself
weirdly
idk whats the issue, the artist is clueless aswell
