How long do I have to wait between uploading animated wallpapers?

I have 50 (yes) to upload. I already did the first one and I'm being hit with a cooldown. How long do I have to wait?

Hey, here is the answer. 10 minutes.

I got scared because sometimes a few minutes turn into way too long.

Yup 10 minutes

It may seem like longer if you try again and get an error before the 10m but I don't think it ever increases
