Report a translation problem
verified any type of overlay steam or AMD is off. Only thing that solves it is turning Wall Paper Engine off.
2. Go to Gaming section and Games.
3. There should be three dot icon that says More options when you hover over it.
4. Select Add a Game from that menu.
5. Go to you steam director where wallpaper32 is located.
6. After adding, click on the wallpaper32 and on the right side there should be AMD FreeSync. Just turn that off and relaunch that wallpaper engine
