Exporting wallpapers as video files

This is exactly what I want to know. I want to export the project as MP4. and this is 5. Exporting wallpapers as GIF / video files in TOP ARTICLE, but when I click this article it does not take me anywhere. Could you please guide me if I can export my project as a video, and yes, could you please let me know how to do it? Thank you!

Is OBS recording the window's title bar when you use Window Capture?

it's not recording the bar, but the video size is reduced because of it (it's not 1920x1080)

Is your monitor 1080p? If so then Windows may be reducing the size of the pop out window because it doesn't allow the window to be larger. In that case you can hide the desktop icons and record it from the desktop - there is no other way to play it fullscreen on top of everything right now.

If your monitor is larger than 1080p then this may be a bug since the window was supposed to start with 1080p for the visible area.
