Wallpaper engine .mpkg to .mp4
When you convert a wallpaper, you have to convert it to .mpkg, but i can't find a way to use the .mpkg file to turn it into a .mp4 file.

The reason for that is because my phone can't handle animated wallpapers above 1920x1080, so i wanted to take the higher resolution wallpapers and change them to 1920x1080.

Is it there a way to do it?

Use the "High performance" option during the export process. It does exactly that but it stays in a .mpkg file which contains additional meta data.

You cannot get a raw .mp4 file. You can only get an .mpkg file which contains a video as explained above. You can even select the resolution ("Full HD") and framerate during the export process.

Yep, but when i use the FHD method the wallpaper gets pixelated and sometimes doens't even convert to FHD. I was thinking if i could get a .mp4 file inside of the .mpkg of something like that.

It should work pretty reliably in general. If you want full control, then it's best to just use an external tool like ScreenToGif, record the wallpaper portion yourself and export it as .mp4:

You can get a clear view at the wallpaper by right-clicking on it in Wallpaper Engine and navigating to "Play in window" -> "Full HD Preview".
