there are filters on the right hand side if your using steam to browse the workshop
you can set it to not show mature content

real answer is some countries like china have a lot of internet restrictions and wallpaper engine is one of their loopholes. if its too much even with the filters there are other live wallpaper software some even free. with VLC you can use your own videos as wallpapers fyi. hope this helped
