Desktop icon font color

I'm using a light wallpaper and I'd like the desktop icon fonts to be black instead of white with a drop shadow.
For that, first I turned off the wallpaper engine, I put light solid color on the background of the windows desktop, and I did: windows+x , system, advanced system settings and in performance I disabled the "use underlying shadows for icons labels on the desktop ". So the letter turned black. However, when starting back the wallpaper engine, windows puts back the white color with black shading. Can anyone help me?
