Engine not applying wallpapers anymore after windows 11 update

Hello,
After a windows 11 update, the engine couldn't apply wallpapers anymore, not crashing not bug, etc, just the wallpapers not applying. windows default wallpapers stays ON.
Windows 11 Insider Update:
-> Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22631.2129) (KB5029359)

Is there anything that can be done ?
