However, this functionality is built right into normal Windows desktop background personaliztion, and is even simpler to pull off there than in Wallpaper Engine. All you need to do is put all of the photos you want in one folder, then in the background settings go to the drop down and select the "Slideshow" option. It'll ask you to pick a folder, and then from there you can change the timer as well as enable a Shuffle setting.
I understand that it is easier via windows, but I'm looking for a way to do this in a manner which allows my friends to just hit the subscribe button on workshop and have the same mix of images as a wallpaper, randomly viewed.
