I have no problem with boobies and tease wallpapers, but yeah a lot of those wallpapers mimick sexual acts. I think it will be useless to report them seeing how many are being uploaded everyday, they would have to delete 30% of all uploads then.

Just use the wallpaper engine software not the workshop on steam and filter the unwanted content

Most files ARE straight up porn, that's what people like to upload and download here, but what i do when searching for actual quality wallpapers is to change the age rating box to everyone

I've gotten banned for drawing stuff and posting NSFW art. It's interesting how they ban this stuff, even though they accept Hentai games and stuff. :/

Changing it to "everyone" doesn't fix anything btw, there's still a bunch of wallpapers of this type but with no x-ray and they are also still sexual af, so it's kinda sad that all these horny chinese people exist on steam and flood the workshop with either anime girls wallpapers or horny anime girls wallpapers
