Individual playlist for multiple monitors (vertical and landscape)
Is there a way to configure a playlist for each monitor?

I have one landscape and one vertical monitor and I would like each to have its own playlist. This way wallpapers that are meant to look good for vertical/horizontal will look better when they only appear on their assigned monitor.

[Resolved - Steps Below]
1. I make a playlist in the default screen
2. Save it, give it a name.
3. Click on the Displays button.
4. Double click the monitor you want to configure.
5. On the bottom of the screen, load the playlist you want.
6. Repeat the process for the second monitor.

When you're in the Display screen, make sure the following is selected from the drop down:
"Wallpaper per Display"

Yes, you can configure your playlist per monitor, it should be pretty straight-forward but if anything is unclear or confusing, ask away! Just select the screen that you want to configure, then set up a playlist in the "Installed" tab.

@Tim just to confirm.

1. I make a playlist in the default screen
2. Save it, give it a name.
3. Click on the Displays button.
4. Choose the monitor I want, select Load, and choose the profile.
5. Repeat the process for the second monitor

Is the above an accurate summary? I think I might be missing a step as horizontal wallpapers keep popping up on my vertical screen.

No, step 4 is where the misunderstanding is. You just double-click on the screen that you want to configure. What you are doing is loading a display profile which is a collection of settings for all screens. So for example, you could set up a playlist for each monitor, and then you save this as a display profile that you can load which will load all playlists for all monitors. But this is not what you want to do to configure a playlist for a certain screen.

Make sure to select "Wallpaper per display" in the "Displays" overview and then simply double-click on a monitor that you want to change. After you have configured all screens, you can save your setup in a display profile but you do not need to. Profiles are mainly useful if you want to set hotkeys or automated application rules to change all wallpapers on all screens under certain conditions.

Thank you very much! It's working now.

Once you have your playlists saved, you can create different profiles that make your playlists easier to load with dual monitors
