Battery usage and intensity
Does Wallpaper Engine take up battery usage on a laptop? If it does how much do you say it uses up? And while playing games/intensive games, is there more strain because I have Wallpaper Engine running?

It depends on the wallpaper, if you choose one which keeps your GPU in its low power state, there is virtually not battery impact. Try to limit your choice to "Approved" wallpapers, these use the fewest resources. For "Video" wallpapers, it depends on your GPU, a lot of GPUs can handle those in their low power state as well.

If you set "Other application fullscreen" to "Stop (free memory)" in the Wallpaper Engine settings, Wallpaper Engine will turn off whenever you start a game so there is zero impact on performance or battery.
