Could you run our scan tool while the Razer Bedroom wallpaper is selected?
https://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/1/3307213006836797842/
Yes, the wallpapers work just fine, but don't sync or change my keyboard at all. I only have gotten it to work once, and that was when razer synapse was in the process of installing after I had uninstalled it. After Synapse was installed, wallpaper engine didn't do anything and synapse automatically changed my keyboard lighting to my current color profiles.
Here is the scan tool log. https://pastebin.com/wprs4FC2
I am not sure if this file is supposed to be injected into Wallpaper Engine. Could you maybe go to that file, right-click on it, select "Properties" and then take a screenshot of the "Details" tab and share it via imgur.com?
The scan tool is very basic and only finds issues we know about, during the beta tests of the Razer hardware we found some issues when traces of older Synapse versions were installed. Could you also share the log file from your scan just like JELL-O did? That would help us figure out the problem.
Thanks and sorry for the trouble, worst case I will bring it up with Razer directly after the weekend.

Thanks for your help and enjoy the weekend!
Hey, it looks like Razer Synapse is not running on your system. Be sure to install and run Razer Synapse 3 in the background. Let me know if I am mistaken / missing something.
Hello, So im having the same issues. My keyboard/mouse/mousepad won't connect to the wallpaper. Everything is up to date and was working when I FIRST downloaded the app. Just wondering what I should do?
Here is the dll file https://imgur.com/a/VFf5WjI
let me know what else I should do Tim.
By the way, for all of those who don't have wallpaper engine showing up in the chroma apps section of Razer Synapse, uninstall Razer Synapse and when reinstalling synapse 3 only select to install "chroma connect" under Razer Synapse and nothing else. Then wallpaper engine will show up. Although this got it to show up, it still didn't fix the issue of it not working.
EDIT: Ok so I figured out how to get it to work somewhat. What solved it for me was first making sure the Chroma Connect Module inside Razer Synapse was the only module installed. Then, in wallpaper engine under the general tab in settings, I removed High Priority and disabled Start with Windows. Then I restarted my PC. Once it booted, I waited for any programs to load and made sure Synapse started. Then I launched Wallpaper Engine and it worked. Make sure in Synapse that under the Connect Tab you see wallpaper engine and that it is enabled.
Tim my only issue is that the lighting animations on the keyboard are jittery and stop and go and stop and go. Here is a Video of my issue. https://imgur.com/a/rgC4ea5
EDIT #2: Lowering the playback rate removes the jittering if you lower it far enough however this means the animation is much slower. It's almost as if wallpaper engine or razer synapse cant keep up.
2. Open the general settings in Wallpaper Engine and change the log option to 'Verbose'.
3. Fully restart the program.
4. Share this log file with us by uploading it to www.pastebin.com and putting the link here in a reply: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\log.txt If the log file is too big, delete it first and restart the program again.
Done. If you did everything above, the log will now contain a little bit more info about what may be preventing the connection to Razer Synapse on your PC and we might be able to help you fix Synapse.
Try reducing the FPS in the settings. The playback rate really shouldn't have any effects on this, perhaps it looks that way because it coincidentally matches up. The FPS for the LEDs is already locked to 30 max anyway, you'll have to try lower FPS to see any difference.
If Wallpaper Engine wouldn't be able to keep up, then the wallpaper itself would have the same issue. Both things are done sequentially, so if one would skip then so should the other.
Can you see the wallpaper skipping too?
This may be something on Razer's end or you might have something installed that slows the connection between the programs too much (like a few anti-viruses do, not Windows Defender though). If reducing the FPS helps then maybe Razer needs to speed this up somewhat or we could implement an optional low FPS mode for LEDs.
EDIT: I can see a lot of Razer related apps crashing at the end of the log you shared. Perhaps a Razer background process is crashing and restarting silently? You can ignore the RzChromaBroadcastManager.dll, any DLLs or processes starting with Rz are Razer related so it's probably supposed to be there.
Here is a new log file just because it has probably changed since I have uploaded that first one.
