Accidentally unsubscribed to wrong wallpaper. Is there a way to look up previous download history?

Title says it all. I am on the verge of beating my head on my desk at how dumb I am and not being able to find the wallpaper. It was all in a Russian language and I don't even remember how I found it.

I can just hope that one of you guys can tell me if there's a way to see my past downloads for it.

Yes, you can find the ID in Steam's Workshop log: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs\workshop_log.txt

You probably are not the only one with this issue ;) So this is great for future reference (I didn't know about that workshop log for instance)

This is an older post but I guess I'll just respond to it, but is there a way to retrieve an entire playlist back >-< I accidentally unsubscribed from "an item" when everything from the playlist was selected.. and so it yeeted everything.. Don't know if there's an easier way of resubbing to them ?

While too late now, it is good practise to Favourite wallpapers you like, that way you have a history/list you can resub to or use the backup system.

This worked for me on the first 10, but now every time I paste an ID that's older into the URL I keep getting errors.

If you get an error and you are sure that the ID that you entered is correct, it means that the item was likely deleted by its creator or has been banned from Steam.
