Live Web Pages as Background?

Will it be possible to set a Live Website as a Background like the map.norsecorp.com as Example? And if Yes it is possible to set as a Passive Website (Non Clickable just for view as Background)

You can use any website as a wallpaper, yeah. Right now it will always have mouse input, but I could add an option during Early Access to disable/enable input.
