You mean if I take some PSN Orientated Assets and made a Wallpaper for Wallpaper Engine out of it?

Or do you mean if I make a wallpaper, and then load it up on my PS4? The latter isn't really gonna happen as far as I can tell.

If there is an option to put video as a wallpaper for this app, some one could record the background on their PS4 and import the video here.
