How does this work when offline?

Can you run this app if Steam is not working anymore? Does it have a mode to start outside of Steam (except when you need it to update it, use the workshop, etc?)

not when you want to update it and stuff like that. i mean, how would you want to do that?

Obviously, apart from those cases that need Steam to be connected. The question is simple, can you still use the actual app while offline, if steam is not started?

In this case it can be used without steam. even start with windows is an option. so yeah, it works without steam running.
