Lockscreen replacement?

I can't seem to find an answer online, is it possible to replace the lockscreen with animated wallpaper engine?

No, Microsoft prevents the lock screen from being modified. You can do two things to at least alleviate this somewhat:

1. You can enable the "Override lockscreen" option in the "General" tab of the Wallpaper Engine settings to place a static image of your current wallpaper on the lock screen.
2. Alternatively, you can enable the screensaver functionality in combination with the "On resume, display logon screen" option in the Windows screensaver settings. See this for more infos:
