How to disclude tags?

I remember in pervious versions I can click on the tag 2 times and it will disclude this tag (remove all wallpapers with this tag from list). How to do it now?

The old version was unnecessarily complicated. You can exclude tags by simply unticking them. It's the same as the old "exclude" functionality.
