Wallpaper Engine has an option to restart itself completely after unlocking the PC. You can enable this with the "safe start after hibernation" option. This is ultimately the only conceivable workaround that would be possible from our end.
I believe that it simply requires a restart of iCUE though, so there is nothing we could possibly do about it from our end. When I reproduce the issue on my system, only a restart of iCUE (and subsequently Wallpaper Engine) makes it work again.
Cheers
I might also get in touch with Corsair myself but you can also just tell them this on their forums / to your friend at Corsair.
