how do i make my wallpapers play while tabbed in?
yo, if im not in a fullscreen game i have a transparent taskbar and i can just see the wallpaper stop, how do i make it still move while being tabbed out of the main desktop?

That's a complete waste of resources, but you do you.
Open Wallpaper Engine UI, at the top Settings, the first tab it opens is what you need. Based on what you're saying is you want Other application focused: Keep running
