Moving live wallpapers to another PC?

so i asked my friend if he could make me a live wallpaper for me and he agreed, everything is good he sent me a short video on discord and it turned out great but how can he give it to me if i dont have wallpaper engine? subscribing to it here on steam is useless since i need the application so thats off the table, is it possible if he could put in on a USB i give him then put it on my PC? if there are any other things i could try please let me know

He can put in on a USB or you can download the video from Discord. You will need some kind of software to use the video as your desktop wallpaper if you do not have Wallpaper Engine though, unless you are planning to use the video for something else.

Only if it's a rendered video, if it's a scene or anything else, then no, you need WE.
