Desktop Icon Locked to Left Orientation

When using Wallpaper Engine, all my icons are now placed on the left side of the screen. They are no longer free to be placed anywhere. Is there a fix for this as it's super annoying.

I did try to google and search this issue before asking...

Wallpaper Engine does not do this (there is literally no code in the app that touches any of this and you are the first to ever mention it), but it sounds like something turned out automatic arrangement on icons for you.

Right-click on the desktop -> "View" -> Disable "Auto arrange icons". If this keeps re-appearing, check if you have any other desktop modification apps installed that could be enabling this.
