[Bug] Wallpapers with audio get self-muted

In the settings I have an option when other program play audio, wallpaper audio should be muted, however with current version it's behavior is bugged.

When I set any wallpaper with audio it start playing it, detecting audio and after 1 second got muted, wait a couple seconds in the silent and start playing again, detect audio and mute again. This is endless cycle.

Hm, yes, it looks like nvcontainer.exe that cause that issue. May this rules can be added to settings menu to apply quick fix for any user who face it?

apparently iCUE.exe is another one that plays audio
