Some random NSFW 18+ pictures started downloading to my wallpaper engine som1 know why???

Steam will download subscriptions of all accounts used on the computer, if you didn't subscribe to them, perhaps another account did.

Wallpaper Engine will show the wallpapers of the last logged in account since the synchronization with Steam is very slow, however these will disappear after a full synchronization with Steam again.

This is only account logged into this pc i dont know about other account logging into my computer and i did not subscribe anything just some wallpapers not photo albums

If they appeared recently, you can sort the list by subscription date and select multiple with SHIFT+click or CTRL+click, then right click and unsubscribe to remove them. Or you can check the subscription list on your Steam account, which is also sorted by subscription date, then unsubscribe them there.

We cannot check when or how they got subscribed by your account from our end, somehow they got subscribed by your Steam account though, could have been from any place where you have been logged in.

i have my steam account on my iPhone and on my old xiaomi but noone have access to these phones

did you sub to a collection ?
when the autor add stuff to collection it might auto sub to these.

no i did not thanks for the help guys but i still dont know what causes the app to download random wallpapers i dont sub any collection

You can also check the current subscriptions on your Steam account, independent of the app. To do this, open your Steam profile and click on Workshop Items, then on "subscribed" on the right side.

Wallpaper Engine itself has no download capabilities, so they should show up on Steam there if they were downloaded. If they aren't there, then they could only be local files, you can also right click them and click on "open in explorer" to see where they are.
