Since the OP is talking about the artwork tab on the Steam community as far as I can tell, that's not the fault of this program but a fault in Steam's design.

The artwork tab exists for every app and anyone can upload whatever they want through Steam. It does not even require Wallpaper Engine to be installed.

I can totally understand that you want to filter that out and the best way would be to filter out by game or only show artwork of games that you are following.

But that's something Valve (who are in charge of Steam) must implement so please contact Valve about it, since they do not read these forums.
