Try this: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161
If that doesn't work then delete mfmp4srcsnk.dll first and try it again. Delete it from System32 and SysWOW64 in the Windows folder.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
So it seems to have fixed the files, (I'm assuming) but now when I try to load a video type wallpaper instead of popping up with the previous error with mfmp4srcsnk.dll, no error pops up and the video wallpaper still refuses to load. Gonna see if restarting my computer solves the issue.
However maybe this alternate video system works even without those Windows files that you are missing: http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/2/1484358860951576217/
