Uploading NSFW Wallpaper at Profile is not allowed?
I thought this software is supporting NSFW stuffs, but steam community admin erased my profile because it is violating community rule.
but i've seen few people uploading NSFW artwork or ETC.
is this because someone hate me and keep reporting?

people do that for their own risk

Having full nudity as a artwork showcase is not a good idea.
The profiles you saw probably didn't have full nudity or it was censored.
If it wasn't, maybe mods haven't seen it.
Also depends how "art" it was. Having nudity just for the sake of nudity is not really art.

Do you mean Workshop items or really Steam artwork?

The Workshop rules are inside the app, please make sure to tag the items right and follow the advice on the preview picture. The rating table should be very clear on what is allowed.

The artwork tab practically has nothing to do with the application and you need to refer to Steam's community rules, it has nothing to do with Wallpaper Engine. I can't see the items that were banned on your profile right now nor who banned them. But yes, artwork is being constantly reported on Steam for many games because everything shows up on the global Steam artwork ranking together. Steam has no single filter option there, that's the whole problem with Steam's artwork since you cannot ignore anything if you want to browse there.

Like I said, the artwork tab doesn't even have anything to do with the program. We haven't spoken out any modified rules about it and we have no way to control uploading or browsing, it's all exclusively provided by Steam. These are Steam's rules for reference: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4045-USHJ-3810

@Biohazard
It was Workshop.
I made Xray version preview and presented at my profile and my profile has been deleted so i changed it as all mild version.

So my question is if my Wallpaper Engine Workshop preview is 18+ version, i cant present them on my steam profile right?
Biohazard  [developer] Dec 13, 2019 @ 8:01am
Yeah if you make sure that the preview does not have nudity and you tagged it as mature in the program it should really be fine. This is very strange though because even if the preview has nudity, it should not be deleted but only blurred (marked as inappropriate). Unfortunately I cannot check what happened, have you fully deleted the item after it was banned?

That preview breaks the Steam Workshop rules as it shows full nudity (even if it's just for a few frames of the GIF). Please change the preview image or your item will be banned - this is a Steam Workshop rule: Preview images must always be suitable for all ages.

Oh Wait, Even i dont post nudity workshop preview on my profile exhibition, my workshop mods are going to banned, or is it safe if i dont put on my profile?
Tim  [developer] Dec 13, 2019 @ 8:43am
The Workshop preview images must always be suitable for all ages at all times, it does not matter where and how you share them. Please change the Workshop preview immediately, otherwise we will have to act on this. This is also explained during the publishing process in Wallpaper Engine, it's literally the first sentence in the "age rating" pop-up that users must fill out before publish a wallpaper.

i thought if i rating workshop as adult version it could be ok, but even if i rate workshop as 'adult' and publishing is not allowed to use nudity preview?

These have all been marked as inappropriate by Steam staff.
Tim  [developer] Dec 13, 2019 @ 9:42am
I have marked your wallpapers are inappropriate now according to Steam Workshop rules. They are not banned, just blurred which should be an okay compromise. If you find items which break the Steam Workshop rules, please use the report functionality. If you find single instances where an upload is not marked as inappropriate then this simply means they have not been banned or marked as inappropriate yet but eventually they will.

If you have any more questions, please contact Steam support or our email support. Ultimately this is a Steam matter, not a Wallpaper Engine matter.
