Wrong resolution
I have 2 monitors, but when I select the stretch mode, it gives me a 3840x1080; when 1920x1080 * 2= 3840x2160. How do I fix it?

I believe 3840x1080 is the correct resolution for a dual 1080p monitor setup: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/browse/?appid=431960&requiredtags[]=Dual+3840+x+1080

*link may not work, but you find wallpapers of this resolution tagged in the workshop

You are trying to stretch one wallpaper across both monitors correct?

3840x2160 is just a 4k 16:9 resolution, your second monitor is, most likely, on the side of your first monitor, which doubles the width but not height, so multiply only width by 2, which makes it (1920x2)x1080 = 3840x1080.

Like Rusty said, your math is off. The height of your monitor is not doubling because you put them next to each other, only the width is.

Yeah, ikik, but my wallpapers used to work just fine. Now it looks like it’s with zoom on and the quality is worse than before(obviously cause of the resolution)

Please share a screenshot of your entire desktop (both screens) and links to the wallpapers visible on the screenshot so we can see what is going on to help you solve it.

You can share the screenshots via www.imgur.com and share the link to them here or send them to logs@wallpaperengine.io

The same wallpaper used to work perfectly well

You are stretching a 1920x1080 wallpaper across 3840x1080. Thus, Wallpaper Engine has to zoom into the image to make it cover your complete screen. If you would like to use a wallpaper across two Full HD screens, use the appropriate resolution filters.

Specifically use the 3840 x 1080, 5120 x 1440 and 7680 x 2160 resolutions (all dual screen). Additionally, you can enable triple screen resolutions like 5760x1080 and higher.

Using 4K UHD (3840x2160) is also an option because this will at least span across the full widht of both of your screens but it will still zoom in because the aspect ratio is not correct.

Idk why this happened, I used to use the exactly same wallpaper and resolution with no problem

Your screenshot shows that the wallpaper works exactly how it should with the default alignment settings. If you are sure something is wrong, can you please explain what exactly is different to before?

The wallpaper was made for a single 1920x1080 screen and you are applying it to two screens, which are 3840x1080 together, therefore it gets cut off at the top and bottom because your screens are much wider than the wallpaper is. So this is definitely not the issue. You can change the alignment option to "stretch" or any of the other options if you prefer that, but your screenshot looks exactly like the wallpaper should look with the stock settings.

It’s just different now, and the resolution is downgraded. I didn’t touch a thing

The image quality of this wallpaper isn't great for resolutions above 1920 x 1080 so perhaps you did not notice it before. If you changed the brightness or contrast of your screen, then this may also affect your perceived quality. But nothing else happened, the resolution shown is correct and the quality from your screenshot looks exactly like the wallpaper is.

All I can tell you is that your screenshot shows that the wallpaper is displayed exactly the way it was made, it looks like that for everyone. It's made for a single 1920 x 1080 screen and stretching it over multiple screens will reduce the quality.

Like Tim explained before, if you would like to use wallpapers that offer perfect quality for your resolution, you can use the filter menu to search for appropriately sized wallpapers.
