*link may not work, but you find wallpapers of this resolution tagged in the workshop
You are trying to stretch one wallpaper across both monitors correct?
Please share a screenshot of your entire desktop (both screens) and links to the wallpapers visible on the screenshot so we can see what is going on to help you solve it.
You can share the screenshots via www.imgur.com and share the link to them here or send them to logs@wallpaperengine.io
Specifically use the 3840 x 1080, 5120 x 1440 and 7680 x 2160 resolutions (all dual screen). Additionally, you can enable triple screen resolutions like 5760x1080 and higher.
Using 4K UHD (3840x2160) is also an option because this will at least span across the full widht of both of your screens but it will still zoom in because the aspect ratio is not correct.
The wallpaper was made for a single 1920x1080 screen and you are applying it to two screens, which are 3840x1080 together, therefore it gets cut off at the top and bottom because your screens are much wider than the wallpaper is. So this is definitely not the issue. You can change the alignment option to "stretch" or any of the other options if you prefer that, but your screenshot looks exactly like the wallpaper should look with the stock settings.
All I can tell you is that your screenshot shows that the wallpaper is displayed exactly the way it was made, it looks like that for everyone. It's made for a single 1920 x 1080 screen and stretching it over multiple screens will reduce the quality.
Like Tim explained before, if you would like to use wallpapers that offer perfect quality for your resolution, you can use the filter menu to search for appropriately sized wallpapers.
