If you can't pay 4 bucks for it, you I highly doubt you'd have the system requirements to even use it.
Probably a kid who has a PC or a laptop, but no spending money I'd imagine.
I mean I guess? Like you said it can be used while plugged in and Wallpaper Engine can automatically stop when on battery power. OP could have a desktop, but the point is he probably didn't pay for it. He is likely using something that was given to him or belongs to his family if he can't afford to buy Wallpaper Engine. That's just my guess though.
Besides you can literally work for a single day and get the money to paycheck.
I had no clue young kids were walking dogs. You were quite the hustler for a 10 year old. I agree with Delta though, make sure you save some of your earnings in the future.
