I was watching a youtube video where they showed some wallpapers from the workshop and I went to the link to see if they had put the steam link but instead this channel had a link that redirected you to a google drive page and i installed the link of this wallpaper i got interested in to and all was ok by then but when i opened up wallpaper engine and at the same time i was checking my desk to check if all went well and first it appeared a type of ad in my desk but then the wallpaper overlayed it in a couple of seconds, so i was worried because i wasnt sure what i got installed but after that the wallpaper was okay but i was still worried about if it had been done correctly. I went to the part where it says settings>general>initiate with windows and when i tried it it said do you want to give permission to ui32.exe? I was worried because i saw my friend do the same thing and it didnt say "ui32.exe" it said something different so i thought maybe what i installed was a virus and didnt give permission yet so if someione can help me get rid of this I would be thankful

The auto start function registers a Windows service and it temporarily requires permission to do that. It's only needed for the "high priority" auto start and the button has the Windows "shield" icon which you might have seen elsewhere where more permissions are required. So this part is normal, you don't need to give permissions to it and use the normal auto start too if you prefer.

But I don't know about the video or what you downloaded from that video, that could have been anything. It's definitely better to use Steam to download wallpapers so to be safe I would remove what you downloaded from that unknown person. It has nothing to do with the auto start options though.
