How to add music to wallpaper?

Downloaded the chill wallpaper from the steam workshop but the problem is there is no music so I ask if there is any way to add a song to the wallpaper from the workshop.

Right-click the wallpaper in the Wallpaper Engine UI and select "Open in Explorer."

Open the wallpaper in the editor, Edit > Import Sound.

No. You cannot edit videos in the Wallpaper Engine editor. You'd need to use video editing software to add music to a video wallpaper.
