Report a translation problem
I tried using the wallpaper on different resolutions and with different settings but so far it always looks the same. Maybe the log + screenshot could help us find out why.
Your video looks like it does for me and this is how it should look, I also have an Nvidia GPU. The GPU in your other computer may be calculating the effect differently, it's the foliage sway effect.
It looks like the mask of this effect is applied to the arms, so aren't they supposed to be distorted?
Can you try comparing it without the foliage effect?
