How do I disable Wallpaper Engine COMPLETELY?

I wanted to come back to a static wallpaper, but every time I get WE turning on. How do I simply shut it off until I will eventually decide to run it again?

I already looked for help online and 99.99999% of people either says "disable it manually" every time you turn on the PC, or press "remove" from the dashboard without even mention that you are going to literally delete the wallpaper from your library, kinda like if I want to turn off my car engine I have to crash it on a tree :T

Yes, I guess I should do this and then press "quit", right?

Yeah, if you disable automatic startup then it won't start at boot after you quit.
