Activemovie window
Good day. I am really confused as to why after installing the LAV, it still shows Activemovie Window pop-up. I have tried everything: reinstalling drivers and LAV, restarting my pc, as well as Codec Tweak Tool. Btw, I have AMD Radeon (TM) 530 as my GPU.

Hello, I'm having the exact same problem and like you I have tried it all (clean reinstall gpu drivers, LAV/DirectShow, codec tweak) but the activemovie window don't go away. I have a Radeon TM 520 along with Intel UHD 620 graphics (reinstalled both of them). Did you manage to solve your problem?

Since you both have similar GPUs, maybe there is simply an issue with how they have implemented video decoders. These are part of the graphics drivers and the "activemovie window" from Windows means that they aren't fully working.

Wallpaper Engine runs on the integrated GPU by default, so try switching it to the AMD one by setting it to high performance: https://www.onmsft.com/how-to/how-to-set-per-app-graphical-performance-settings-in-windows-10

TBH, I almost lost hope and decided to not use it. This really worked for me. Instead of setting it into high performance, it worked in power saving setting. Thank you very much!

Biohazard's solution worked for me :D

I managed to resolve it too. I configured WE to run on the integrated GPU (power saving), because it didn't work on AMD (high performance) in the windows graphics settings and now it works perfectly. Thank you for the help !
